Bail Hill Road, Mickleton

Temporary Road Closure

The County Council intend to close to vehicular traffic, from 6.00 am on Monday 19 June 2017, a 45 metre length of Bail Hill Road that passes over Bail Hill Bridge between the field accesses to the northern and southern side of the bridge, south of Mickleton.

The closure, which is being effected by means of Notice under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, is necessary to enable bridge inspection works to be undertakenwhich will probably take some 1 day to complete to be carried out to that length of road.

Throughout the period of closure an alternative route will not be signed to vehicular traffic during the short term closure.
